[Plugin: Custom Post Type Permalinks] Breaks page permalinks and rewrites

I tried to use the structure:

/%post_id%-%postname%/

The custom post type urls work, but the page urls break. I didn’t test posts.

Also, when registering post type and taxonomies, if you rewrite their slugs in the register function, the plugin ignores this, which breaks the custom post type urls.
