    i’m use custom post type and custom tag for many site
    i found only plugin that help me to create custom post type

    but i found that it not easy to edit custom post type permalink

    all default url setting is %custom-type-name%%post-title%
    or ugly url post_type=NAME&title=NAME

    i want to add year/month/day/name or /post-id but i cant do it

    this plugin help me a lot, i think so many people need to modify custom post type’s permalink also but they dont know how to do because they cant find your plugin.
