    Well it would help if you could post some better screen shots since the pictures on that link are so small that I can’t tell what are the fields are being affected.

    Meanwhile try commenting or removing the #action-buttons and .action-message sections on the css file (cpvg_style.css) and tell if that does anything.

    Update to 0.3.0 version, it should be fixed.
