Plugin customization

Hello,

It’s possible to add some actions/filters to hook most common functionality? For example I need to add my own logging method to use it instead of available ones. So, would be great to have e.g. filter for “postratings_logging_method” in the function check_rated() and to add filter to customize $rate_user and $rate_userid in the process_ratings() before inserting to the database.
