Plugin Deactivated, but still present…

Is there some sort of time delay?

I’ve deactivated many different plugins, and they always seem to take a while to come off my site.

I’m using GoDaddy Hosting. I’m erasing my browser’s cache every time.

It’s so frustrating to tweak my blog when I have to wait this long to see changes go live.

Am I doing something wrong?
