    Does this plugin dead? I contacted via email before 5 days but no response.
    Can I get latest update of this plugin? Or please suggest me any alternative of chat plugin.

    bjr, I bought this plugin, but the support is not reactive, since 3 weeks I drag problems without solution, while I paid … there are still 3 days I asked for help just for a shortcode but so far nothing … really not cool
