Plugin deleted after updating it

    Hi,

    I updated the updraft plugin today, and immediately after that the plugin has vanished from everywhere.

    I went to add new plugin page and it shows me the option to install it again. Upon clicking install, it says installation failed. Destination folder already exist.

    How to solve this, let me know.
    This plugin has been my favorite till now!

    Hi Arjit,

    The update appears to have failed partway.

    The best solution is to manually remove ‘updraftplus’ folder via FTP from the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory.

    After removing the folder, re-install the plugin. Your backups and settings should still remain.
