Plugin developer (Custom Login Pro) not providing refund

I recently purchased an expensive ($40) plugin, Custom Login Pro by WordPress developer Austin Passy, and was extremely disapointed with the product. I’ve since found a FAR superior plugin that is much easier to use, does more and is a fraction of the price ($12)

I have made numerous polite requests to the developer for a refund only to be ignored. I’ve also pleaded my case to PayPal and nothing seems to be happening.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I would recommend anyone considering this product to stay far away and consider an alternative seeing as the developer will not respond to refund requests.
