Plugin developers…..Sell TO me!!!!!!

I am looking for a plugin that has this functionality, if anyone has something that will do this, please contact me on chris dot elliott at precision-point dot com

Users Video library containing 500 videos
People login and depending on their profile can see videos relevant to them
Search within the plugin area only(A generic search the whole site is no good)
4 levels of taxonomy
These are Free of charge training videos, no e-commerce is necessary
Login/password/resend password needed
Videos only visible to people who have registered
Stats on who has viewed what

So in reality the workflow might look like this
User is set up, and we allow him to see videos on Europe
He logs on and types “London” into a search box
He is offered 4 categories – Sightseeing, Transport, Culture, things to do
He selects Culture and is offered Museums, Art Galleries and Churches
He selects art galleries and is given the full list, clicks on one and watches it

Someone classified as America would see completely different videos
Some videos are “World” and appear in both lists
Some videos appear in multiple categories – Culture AND sightseeing

Can anyone recommend a plugin that will do all this, and, yes, I am able to pay for it! (But don’t want to pay for a custom build)
