Plugin did not connect to server properly

    Hey. I was wondering if the images that users submitted are cached anywhere on the server besides the destination folder in wp-content? Because we are having an issue where the plugin did not connect to the hosting server for some reason and images weren’t saved.

    Appreciate if there’s any help on this.

    @zhikai93 , it doesn’t have any cache.

    Check your folder permission if it’s writable.

    Also please provide a screenshot of the error & check if there’s any logs in “/wp-content/debug.log” directory.
