1. If you are referring to the admin users which already exist for the username or email address then existing users will not be imported again even if the username or email address is for the administrator user. Because all users are WordPress users and WordPress does not allow to create having duplicated username user. So, unfortunately, it will not possible.
2. Regarding the profile not showing, as I understood your request, you are checking the profile page for the administrator role user. If so then, you can allow the profile view for administrator from ARMember Lite -> Profile & Directories page at “Member Profile Templates” section, click on the “Edit Profile Template” button.
After that, on the right side click on the “Other Settings” tab and enable the “Display Administrator Users?” option. That’s it.
After that administrator profile also will be displayed.
