[Plugin: Dingshow] a couple bugs, a feature request

I notice a couple bugs:
1) There is no default value for number of characters after which to wrap, and the plugin doesn’t work unless a value is entered. This is irrelevant for many sidebars anyway, because each dent will wrap anyway to fit within the sidebar. I set mine to something higher than any single dent goes, and it works fine.

2) The space before a username is removed for linked usernames, smashing the username into the preceding word.

Also, a request: it would be good if multiple instances of the widget could be added to the same blog.
