    Hello.

    After installation, I can no longer access the plugin directory in the backend. The WpMail launch wizard keeps appearing.

    What can I do in this case?

    I am glad to help, but first I would need you to please provide me with some more details.

    By Directory do you mean the Dashboard sidebar item? See here.

    Please try accessing this route on your site: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-mail-smtp and let me know what happens.

    You can also check for conflicts by deactivating all plugin except for WP Mail SMTP and see if the access is restored, then reactivate one plugin at a time and check after each.
