[Plugin: Disable WordPress Updates] manual updates?

Hi,

I’d like to ask a simple question: does the plugin block the manual (by hand) update requests as well or just the automated checks?

(There’s a button to re-check updates on the Updates site of the Admin/Network Admin panel)
