Plugin disabled for visitor please!!!

Hi.

Can you please add one more option plugin disabled basic on visitor?
==> Because visitor is not allow use many function of plugins, they most just turn around to read article, etc… I should be great if available disabled plugin for them to increase the speed of website for logged in user.

Question: As me understand “admin role” which plugin enable for admin only . It mean these plugin won’t load for logged in user without admin role right? If so i belive it would be similar logic for visitor but opposite “deactive plugins for visitor”
