We released the new version of the plugin on 31st December and nothing has changed on 29th December, so I am not sure if the dates of events are right.
Regardless, we renamed “Tweet Wheel” menu item to “Queues” and should be available in your WordPress navigation somewhere above Appearances tab.
Can you please let me know if you found it?
I misexplained.
I realized a feww days ago that no tweet had been posted since 29th 5 i still don’t know why)
I tried several times tounderstand what went wrong. And yesterday I realized that it was no longer compatible and redowloaded it etc etc
Well I’ve actually just found a tab named ‘Authorisation’ which says
“Twitter Authorization
Before you can unleash the awesomeness of Tweet Wheel, you need to authorize a Twitter app.”
It should fix the problem
I’ll keep you updated in a few minutes
I followed the step-by-step guide twice and I failed.
Too complicated to use, I give up for an easier (but less complete) plugin
Nevermind
Thanks anyway for your reply
Have a very good day
Hey,
Sorry to hear that.
Any plugin that will require access to your Twitter wall will ask you to go down the same route. It’s something that Twitter enforces and we have no workaround unfortunately.
If you want to access all plugin features you need to pass through the authorisation. Just make sure you copy and paste all values into correct fields and that there are no empty spaces around. It will definitely work if everything is in order π
If you are happy to give it another I can assist you with that =)
Let me know
I’ve been using this on a site, and since Jan 2, no Tweets had been sent out.
I checked my site, and the plugin had been deactivated for some reason.
I’ve reactivated it, but all my settings were lost.
Hi Joe,
Can you open your own support ticket that relates to your issue and I will happily assist you, please?
Thank you
Hi Joe
So I tried once again following the step-by-step procedure and still did not work π
So if you still agree to help me I would be very happy to try again
Hey again,
I’d love to help! Do you mind if we switch to more dynamic means of communication where we can talk in real time and share screenshots should there be a need, please?
Do you have Twitter? You can follow me @NerdCowUK, so I can follow you back and open the direct messages channel.
I am sure we can get to the bottom of this π
Looking forward to hearing from you
