    hmm.

    I assume you don’t have any actively used firewall or whatnot that may prevent connectivity from being made for the plugin to self regulate?

    Nope – it runs on an AWS server, we haven’t changed any setting there but the connection started dropping last Friday.

    Anything in general error logs? For example if part of the token renewal process encounters a PHP fatal error, it’d get stopped in its tracks and potentially be in a state that it can’t further renew itself.

    Any changes to the site since Friday? Plugin/code updates?
