Plugin disconnected

We started experiencing errors with the plugin disconnecting in last week. The instructions provided in the plugin were to disconnect and reconnect to re-establish the connection. We have done that multiple times and it appears to reconnect briefly but then disconnect again.
Per the instructions in this support thread, her is a link to the content in the Debug Logs admin menu.
