[Plugin: Disqus Comment System] migrating from Drupal to WordPress

Hi group.

I am converting a site from Drupal to WordPress.
The original Drupal site is already using drupla comments as their sole commenting system.

The discussion association is set by disqus identifiers.

Now here comes the issue. While Drupal’s disqus plugin uses identifiers like ‘node/XXX’ the plugin for WP uses identifiers like ‘XXX’
The new site is set so the path from drupal is the slug for WP so URLs are no changing.

The issue is that the comments are not appearing under the WP installation. Is there a way to tell disqus that identifiers have changed?
