[Plugin: DMS Guestbook] Navigation position below the content

Hi guys,

Could somebody help me please with DMS Guestbook navigation positioning.

The plugin is showed that way:

a) navigation
b) content
c) form

I want it to show that way:

a) navigation
b) content
c) form
d) navigation again

I try searching for solutions but nothing really useful cames out.
I hope somebody could save me!
I tried checking out this another thread for some solution but nothing at all.
