Plugin do not work with cyrillic encoding.

My site is on utf-8.

When I using “Rename Image Filename” files save on server with names like
РџС-икольные-СЃРєС-РёРЅС‹-Работа-РІ-АзейбаС-джане-азейбаС-джан-98.jpg

All links to images in the posts are broken (http://memologia.com/wp-content/uploads/pep-vn/131f0ff4/%D0%9F%EF%BF%BD-%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BB%D1%8C%D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%B5-%D1%81%D0%BA%EF%BF%BD-%D0%B8%D0%BD%D1%8B-%D0%A0%D0%B0%D0%B1%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%B0-%D0%B2-%D0%90%D0%B7%D0%B5%D0%B9%D0%B1%D0%B0%EF%BF%BD-%D0%B4%D0%B6%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%B5-%D0%B0%D0%B7%D0%B5%D0%B9%D0%B1%D0%B0%EF%BF%BD-%D0%B4%D0%B6%D0%B0%D0%BD-98.jpg)

I need this plugin, how can I fix this error.
