the cause of this issue is probably the same that causes the other issue that you reported on your other thread
Please, add this line of code in wp-config.php before the comment /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */:
define( 'FDP_SHOW_ADMIN_MENU_DISABLED_PLUGINS', false );
If after that code you can see the screen of Advanced Local Pickup For WooCommerce, then we can close this thread and focus on your other thread. Solving the issue of your other thread, this issue will be automatically solved.
Or do you have the same problem after adding that code to wp-config.php?

this issue should be solved by the new release candidate version v. 2.0.1.RC-1 you can download it here: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/freesoul-deactivate-plugins.2.0.1.RC-1.zip
If you want to wait for the official release take into account 3-4 days.
