Seems your issue related to incorrect URLs for css and js files on your server.
Please see screenshot: http://c2n.me/3mJcDmb.png. Based on provided link, your site is located on http://myfrenchcity.com, but you have a lot of URLs that linked to http://cdn.myfrenchcity.com. Our plugin linked to http://myfrenchcity.com, but contains this strange path of server file system – www/myfrenchcity_354/public/.
Perhaps it can be related to site migration via some automatic tools or server settings. Could you please check this from your side, because we can’t do this from our side.
Regarding to API key, OpenWeatherMap API key allows to increase number of requests to OpenWeatherMap API for receiving weather data per hour. Our plugin allows to receive weather data without API key that works normal for site with average attendance.

By the way, perhaps are you using child theme for Avada theme on Your site?
Thère is only one site.myfrenchcity.com
Cdn is just pulling picture and js to serve all over the world

OK, we’ve retested plugin for multisite and child themes – plugin is working properly without issues.
However, we guess that we found and fixed possible issue that can appear for your site configuration. Please update plugin with the newest plugin version, perhaps it will help you with your issue.
