Plugin Does not connect

    Your plugin does not connect.

    It opens a page and offers a page to connect to but when I select the page and click on the ADD button nothing happens at all.

    How can this be fixed?

    Thanks for contacting us! Please try reauthorizing the Smash Balloon app on your Instagram account with the steps in our guide here: https://smashballoon.com/doc/reauthorizing-our-instagram-facebook-app/

    If this does not resolve the issue, it’s possible there was a problem during the installation of the plugin, so could try fully deactivating and deleting the plugin and doing a fresh install.

    If none of these steps resolve the error, please send us support request through our website here and we’ll be happy to investigate more closely.

    It’s Facebook not Instagram.

    I have made several attempts to re-authorise to no avail.
