Hello @federicogb25,
Thanks for your message.
Images are converted asynchronously by cron to keep your page from slowing down. Probably the problems are because cron is not working properly for you.
In the plugin settings disable the option “Enable cron to convert images uploaded to Media Library to speed up process of adding images”. This should solve your problem.
Best,
Mateusz
Hello,
I have this problem too. I tried to disable this option, but the plugin still doesn’t work.
Thanks in advance.
Have an awesome day.
@federicogb25 and @federicosamperi When did the problem appear on your website? Was the problem also on version 3.0.7 or version 3.0.6?
Before 3.0.7 because I regenerated all my images before updating them for the same problem.
@federicogb25 Which latest plugin version is working properly?
i think we are seeing the same issue, cron for media library disabled, no webp created on upload, no message in debug log
version 3.0.8. Not using the redirects or anything in htaccess/ nginx, images just arent’ being created in uploads-webpc/uploads on adding to media library.
