Plugin does not limit word or character count

Plugin does not limit word or character count despite being set up to do so.

I can guarantee that the feature works and has been tested a lot, otherwise other users would have complained about it as well. Please share some more details so I can help, otherwise with this much info all I can do is guess.

For example:

• How exactly are you using the plugin? Is it the widget you’re using? The [wpp] shortcode? The wpp_get_mostpopular() template tag?
• Which plugin version are you using?
• Your settings?
• Etcetera

If possible, can the plugin display only the title of the popular posts?

OK, maybe it’s a theme issue?

No idea. Again, without more details from you there’s nothing much I can do to help other than take guesses.

All I want is for the title to display and nothing else. I’m using the plugin in a widget only.

Have a look at the link I shared earlier. Follow the instructions mentioned there, remove the {thumb_img} content tag from the code as you don’t need it, and you’re good to go.
