Plugin does not send events to Google Analytics

    Good morning, sir,

    Having the option activated:

    “Enable Google Analytics Integration2

    Google Anaytics does not detect any event related to Chat, nor the official Google extension for Chrome.

    Is there a problem, is there another type of configuration?

    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

    Could I ask you to confirm that you have added the Google Analytics script to your website outside of our settings? WP Live Chat Support attempts to make use of the existing scripts on your site to send Google Analytics events to your account.

    Would it be possible for you to share a link to your website with us so that we can run a few tests from our side?

    the same issue, but I’m using google tag manager. I have added the Google tag manager script to my website, but the event is not registering is Google analytics
