I tried to put the code mentioned in a different post into my comments.php but without any improvement.

Hello @tpuehri,

You use JetPack for comments. This plugin replaces the standard comment form with its own and does not provide tools for adding additional fields to it.

You can try to disable the comment module in Jetpack settings, after which DCO Comment Attachment should start working.

Thank you, plugin is working now after disabling Jetpack’s comment feature.
