Plugin does not show on plugin list

I’ve installed “UK Cookie Consent” plugin using WP admin panel, it looks that it’s working (with default settings) but I have no way to change settings of this plugin because it is not showing up on plugins list in admin panel.

As you can see here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7379752/plugins.png there are 4 active plugins, but only 3 of them are shown on list.

I can see this plugin in Plugin Editor in Admin Panel.

I’ve tried reinstalling plugin with no success.

What could be wrong?
