Plugin does not show updated reviewes

    Hello Support,

    I use Trustedindex.io in my wife’s website.

    I have downloaded the latestest reviewes manually using the “my reviewes” tab in the plugin.

    it confirm that there were download, i cleaned the cache but seeing just reviewer from two month ago

    below you can see the latest reviews

    Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

    Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Update the plugin to the latest version, if you haven’t already.
    2. Go to the “Advanced” tab in the plugin settings.
    3. Click the “Re-Create plugin” button to reset the plugin.
    4. Then reconnect your business and reconfigure the widget settings.

    This should restore the reviews and allow you to complete the setup process.
