    I have installed version 2.8.0 of the Plugin and I try to update it to the latest version, but despite doing the update process and displaying the message that if it was updated correctly, it is still in the same old version, what can that be due to? It happens to me in 2 different sites

    Hello @osnafreelance,

    Perhaps you changed the name of the plugin folder for some reason?
    This causes problems with the update.

    In any case, delete the plugin (preferably the plugin folder via FTP or File Manager) and install it again.

    In this case, all filters will remain, since they are stored not in files but in the database.

    I was able to solve it, the problem is with the Hostinger service, within its options it has an Intelligent Automatic Updates feature that when activated, conflicts with the update of your plugin (Product Filter by WBW) and by deactivating that feature of the hosting I could update the plugin without problems, the strange thing is that it only happens with your Product Filter by WBW plugin.

    Thanks for sharing the solution, we will try to find the reason for the conflict with Hostinger auto-update by the next release.
