That should be visible when you edit the Popup post, if not click Screen Options on the top right of the page and make sure Themify Custom Panel checkbox has a tick, screenshot: http://ovo.li/4wk0X2

Unfortunately it can be a conflict of plugins, I do not see these more options …
That’s a possibility indeed, you can try disabling all other plugins to see if that fixes the issue. If it does, you can turn them back one by one to see which one is causing the conflict.
If that’s the case please let us know which plugin is causing this and we can check.

In this case, the conflict is coming from the Perfect WooCommerce Brands plugin: https://br.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/perfect-woocommerce-brands/

You are right indeed, there was a compatibility issue. This has been fixed now, and will be included in the next update of the Popup plugin.
