    How do I get my money back for this? I just installed the plugin. Put the SAME file on both sites with same release and it says that my file is back dated? Tried changing the file extension and then the file was corrupt. Spent ALL day on this. Please advise how to get a refund. Thank you

    Hi Beatrice,

    As per our discussion over the support ticket – your backup is not in a correct format.
    Either your download times out or one of your applications changes the file format of the backup from .wpress to .wpress.part.
