Plugin does not work

Tried migrating a website with this tool. Followed instructions to install on both. First error was back compatibility not accepted and yet both were same version. 2nd issue was file extension not being correct. Changed extension and then file was corrupt. How is this plugin even being able to be sold for 60 usd when it doesn’t even work? After I went looking for support, I saw literally DOZENS of the same issue. How can this be sold?? I want my money back please.
