Thank you for reporting this.
Are those pages part of the bbPress plugin itself, or are they added with another plugin?

Thanks for your reply. Those page are part of the bbPress plugin itself.
I just tried to reproduce the error, and I can confirm that selecting “All Topics” will not work on the page for Popular Topics.
Unfortunately bbPress has not added any “Conditional Tags” to that specific page, meaning that WordPress does not even recognize it as a single page or an archive page. It would therefore be impossible for me to add any bbPress condition specific to the “Popular Topics” page. I have not tested it with the “Unreplied” topics (can’t seem to find it in the settings), but I assume that the problem is the same.
With that said, Content Aware Sidebars Pro comes with a URL condition to display widget areas on dynamic URLs, which you might want to check out.
I will be monitoring bbPress to see if they add any “Conditional Tags” to the specified pages in the future.
