Plugin does not work on Fresh install

I have installed the Plugin in a fresh WordPress installation, but it’s still not working, There are no other plugins active. I can choose a relation and after saving the post none of the changes are visible. Can you take al look at the website what is going wrong? I can send you the login credentials in a private mail.
