Plugin does nothing

Hi,

What is the expected result after run the plugin Regenerate Thumbnail?

On the page Force Regenerate Thumbnails the status is always “success”. There is no error. But I checked on the path listed on the results (BaseDir) and there is no new image.

I’m using the Barcelona theme whose tutorial suggested to use the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.

The homepage is still showing the original image size. The resize is done only by the html attributes width and height. The src attribute is still pointing to the original image.

Where the thumbnails is expected to be saved? Am I forgetting to setup something before use the plugin?
