Plugin does nothing at low viewport widths

    It seems this plugin stops doing anything at low viewport widths. I realize this may be due to the fact that a person can’t hover near the top of the page on a mobile device, but it’d be nice to have an option to preserve the plugins at a low device width since I often reduce the width of my browser to test the website at low resolutions.
