I activated the plugin, followed the steps for configuration and saved
It doesn’t show gift option in the checkout

Does look fine but unfortunately doesn’t give me much to go on. Have you done basic troubleshooting by activating a WordPress theme like twentytwentyone to rule out a theme conflict? The other basic troubleshooting is to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Gift Wrapper to rule out plugin conflicts. This is all discussed in the FAQ.
Another thing sometimes people forget is to give their gift wrap a price, even if it’s $0. A WooCommerce product is not complete until it has a price. But that’s just a guess…

Hi,
I tried the following things:
1) Activated twentytwentyone theme
2) Deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Gift Wrapper
But the still it doesn’t show any giftwrapping option on check out

We need to rewind. Please confirm you have followed the basic setup instructions for the plugin. You have not mentioned that, and at this point it’s crucial and possibly the issue.
1. You have created a product with a price. This product represents your actual gift wrap: e.g., the box, the paper, the bag.
2. You have put that product into a category to represent gift wraps on your site. There might only be one, but it needs to be in a category. Yours is “Gift wrap.”
3. What does your WP debugging say? Have you turned it on? That would possibly be very helpful.

Switched on wp_debug, there is no message showing related to the gift option
If needed I can provide you the credentials for wordpress to check it yourself
Your gift wrap is marked “Private.” Uncheck that “Private” box and you will see the gift wrap working. While I can see why you would do that during testing, the plugin doesn’t like that.
