plugin doesn't appear to be working…

I have used this plug in before with no problem, but for some reason on this site it is not working correctly… see http://southwindbeachhouse.com/photogallery/
the thumbnails are not coming up cropped in a square and the lightboxes are not working… when i see it on the back in, the thumbs are squares…
hhhhmmmmmm???
help?
did i miss an easy setting or something?
