Plugin doesn’t automatically send pdf to costumer

    I increased the memory limit it didn’t help. Using the manual sending function from the order details works.

    Only automatically doesn’t work.

    Hey @rbk69,

    From the 1st set of errors you shared, all of those appear to be coming from your theme. I don’t see anything relevant from them, but you could always switch themes to completely rule it out as a culprit for your comfort.

    The screenshot you shared after writing this still shows emptiness. 🙁 🙁
    Are there any attachments in those emails you mentioned above? Any errors?

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I switched the theme to a WordPress standard theme – still not receiving the mail with the invoice.

    There are no attachments in the email, it’s only the invoice. I get no errors. If I click on resend email in the WP Mail Logging plugin, I’m receiving the emails, but it’s still not visible in the admin panel, it shows emptiness like you said.

    What else can I try?

    @rbk69 Apologies for the delayed response.

    Since you have switched you theme and are getting the same error, could you resend the error log, please? Also, could you share a screenshot of the settings under PDF Invoice > Status as well?

    I get no errors under the twenty twenty two wordpress template. I even created a new account and bought an item but I didn’t get the invoice with the twenty twenty two wordpress template.

    thanks for the information. in the last image of the status page there seems to be some messed up text under the System Configuration settings. Could you share another screenshot of the entire System Configuration settings as well as the Write Permissions section below it, please?
