plugin doesn't clean up after itself after deletion

After deleting the plugin, the cache dropin files, plugin config directory, and plugin option row in the options table still stick around. If re-installing the plugin, the old options automatically re-apply.

I’m really rooting for this plugin. I totally agree that a dirt simple caching plugin is needed. This plugin might already have too many options!
