Hi all,
I contacted your support, but there was no help for me. It just said that you could not find my website in your database and asked when I had installed the plugin. Then the e-mail communication was interrupted despite my asking what to do.
It seems that you do not really want to help non-paying customers. Really a pity. You should never forget that a “free version” customer could become a premium customer after all.
And why the status was set to solved I did not quite understand either. Nothing is solved, nothing at all! Thanks anyway!

This topic got closed as we had no reply from you …
The thing is that, in your case, we were not able to find any detail related to your website, meaning that it was impossible for us provide any technical support.
We are still available for help if required ! And we always reply to all emails.
Also, we never suggested to upgrade to PRO, never … And we provide help to all users, either FREE or PRO. But, as mentioned before, in order to provide support with your issue, we need to have more details about your website (version, etc.)..
That’s why we suggested to reinstall plugin as a first step.
