Plugin doesn't enqueue JQuery correctly

Hi,

I am trying to use this plugin and it worked fine when I also had another slider plugin active, but after deactivating that other plugin, this one stopped working and my console told me JQuery didn’t exist. After reactivating the other plugin, this plugin started working again and I didn’t have that error in the console anymore. So, I think this plugin doesn’t enqueue JQuery properly because it doesn’t work unless another using the same library/libraries is active.

This is unfortunate because I really like this plugin and would like to use it, but it doesn’t work on its own.
