Plugin doesn’t exclude Flat Rate Shipping

    Hi,
    I have been in touch with your support team via email, but still do not have response. I sent them screenshots of the back and front end of the website, showing the issue, but am still waiting for a response. A WordPress moderator has suggested that I escalate this via this forum instead of the other methods I have tried.

    The Plugin seems very simple to use and I have followed the instruction video accurately, however it will not exclude any other Shipping Methods I have tried, when Flat Rate Shipping Method is applicable.
    If the plugin simply will not hide Shipping Methods, just let me know and I will seek another solution. But your Plug in description and an email I did receive from your support team, claims that the Free Plugin will “Hide Shipping Methods based on other Shipping Methods”.

    Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.
