When I click the link to the plugin on the toolabar I get redirected to: http://mysite/wp-admin/tools.php?page=dsgnwrks-instagram-importer-settings which just displays a blank page on the website’s front-end.
Can you enable/check your debug log? There’s likely a fatal error occurring of some kind. If you’re not sure how to do that, more info here.

I checked the error log but there is nothing there related to this plugin.
Is there a way to enable debugging specifically for it?

I need to know any fatal errors you see, related or not. I ask because this is not an issue experienced by any user so far. This means there is likely a conflict in your system. So best bet is to figure out what is causing that conflict.

Well, I tried to install your debug plug-in but it seems it needs to be activated in the main plug-in’s settings but alas, when I try to access them the page won’t load at all. Is it possible to enable the debug plug-in directly on a config file? Thanks!
I would still like to know any fatal errors you are seeing in your debug.log. If you’re not sure what I mean, please check out the codex. You’ll want to look in the debug.log file.
