Plugin doesn't show cyrillic filemanes

Hello.
I use plugin on some sites – everything work perfect.
But today I moved from one server to another.
Since that time plugin works not such I expect.
It sees dirs in cyrillic (utf-8), it sees latin files in these dirs, but it completly SKIP files which contains cyrillic symbols in their filenames!
It doesn’t show unreadable symbols or so on, it just not show these files at all!!!
Usually these are doc or pdf files….

What can it be?
May be version of php (now it is 5.6.9)? May be some extensions for php are needed or some mods for Apache2?
