thats not the fee of your plug in, thats the courier’s fee for cash on delivery and it comes from woocommerce.
The fee name is “test” and the amount is exactly 3.00 euros

Okay, we’ve checked all possible ways, but we’re not able to see the test fees.
It could be a conflicting issue with the theme or other plugin and it might not work on your site.
You can try with the default WordPress theme and WooCommerce plugin by default and if you have an idea if there is any conflict with the theme or plugin.
Note: Please take the database backup before making any changes, it might be possible to lose some design while testing.
