Plugin doesn’t show up at all.

On every other site, I get the normal Insert Script to <head>, but not on this site.
It’s not there at all. I looked under screen options. It’s not there, like it is on other sites.
I can get to the settings for it just fine and I could apparently use it to put script in every page, but I could do that with my theme also.
I even tried disabling all plugins, just in case there was a conflict.
This is a standard Divi installation. Again, nothing different than what I have done with other sites. Same host too.
I guess I will try adding a code module to the page using Divi, but that seems like a serious PITA, as the only way to get it before the head would be to build a custom header too.
