Plugin doesn’t sync moodle and wp

I have the last version of Moowoodle in both the sites
Im having trouble synchronizing any course purchase done in wordpress so that the user can be registered in moodle.

Courses have already been created and they show up correctly in the next section:
wordpress -> moowoodle -> courses

The token is the same on both sites, i cant know for sure what is happening
