Plugin doesn’t work

    When I try to create an user on wp-admin/users.php, with the username as деактивирован, there is a New user created. notice at the top.

    But, the user account is not created.

    Is the plugin compatible with the latest version of WordPress? I am on WordPress 4.9.7.
